Job Location Kharadi Pune
Shift Timings 18:30 - 03:30 & 05:00 - 14:00
Week Off Saturday & Sunday
Salary CTC up to 2.8 Lacs Per Annum + Variable Incentives
A Customer Care Executive (CCE), will act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any
emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency

- Generate sales leads
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
- Handle customer complaints provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits
- Ensure resolution, keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Take the extra mile to engage customers

- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Excellent analytical and time-management skills
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Graduation not mandatory
- Fresher’s are welcomed as well
