Prepares, Improves & Evaluates loan applications and documentation or agreements by informing applicant of
additional requirements (if any), confirming credit worthiness by Obtaining and verifying financial information, such
as the applicant’s credit rating and income level and answer questions.
Meet with loan applicants to determine customers' financial service’s needs, explore all options and introduce
different types of loans and prepare proposals to sell services that address these needs and explain the terms of
those services, policies and restrictions
Go the “extra mile” to build trust relationships, customer loyalty and satisfaction throughout the process.
Communicate with clients either to request or to provide information. Justify decisions (approvals/rejections) and
report on them.
Graduate with 2-5 years of past Sales experience in assets. (Proven working experience).
Job Knowledge- The candidate would need to handle Sales for products like Unsecured BL/PL.
Familiarity with computers and banking applications/software.
Motivation, perseverance, and determination qualities.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Must be a self-starter and problem solver.
Target oriented person with good convincing power.
The ability to close deals with clients, including cold leads.
Customer satisfaction orientation and sales competencies.
Experience in the relevant field with NBFC or Bank.
